OUR STORY

Pure Aotearoa is a celebration of New Zealand's unique land, pure water and generous climate. Our Kiwi Jam Collection is crafted in small batches in the Bay of Plenty, using 100% New Zealand grown kiwifruit. We capture the vibrant taste of our land in every jar.

THE STORY OF KIWI

The kiwi fruit, or kiwifruit as it is known today, was first brought to New Zealand from China in the early 1900s. It was here that this tiny vine found its perfect home. Our fertile soils, warm days and crips nights create ideal growing condition, giving New Zealand kiwifruit its world-renowned sweetness, bright colour and exceptional quality. Today, New Zealand is proud to be the home of the kiwi.

THE ART OF KIWI JAM

Our kiwi jam is made in small batches using sun-ripened kiwifruit at the peak of perfection. We preserve its natural flavour and vibrant colour through careful cooking and traditional methods. The result is a deliciously smooth jam that is bright, refreshing and perfectly balanced - a true taste of New Zealand in every jar.
